Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Cramoo. If it isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund within the window below.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Cramoo subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new subscription purchases.

If premium features didn't work out for you, we'd love to know why. Your feedback helps us make Cramoo better, and you're still welcome to a full refund within the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Payments on Cramoo are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email our support team at hello@cramoo.com and we'll help you through the process.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing page. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
